We are putting together a Shoe Box Card Club. Here's how it works. You make a sample card, you then put the precut paper, supplies and tools needed to make 10 of the sample cards in a shoe box. We then exchange the shoe box with other participants who have done the same. The Club has no FEES, your only expense is the supplies needed to make your card and 10 sets of the sample card. At the end of the club meeting you will have 10 different cards or (the number of participants) that you have made. In the process of making the card we hope you will learn new techniques. If you do not understand how something is done to make the card, the person who made the card is present and can help you. We will be meeting on the second Tuesday of each month from 2:00 pm and then the following Thursday evening at 6:30. The club's first meetings will be July 10th and 12th.
If you have never made a card, come by and let us show you how easy and fun it can be to make your own cards. Also, you can save so much money by making your own cards.
We are going to have Kick Off Sampler (Demo) Party, Tuesday, June 26 @ 2:00 p.m. and then again on Thursday @ 6:30 pm. We will have refreshments and free demo and answer any question you may have. You do not need to bring your shoebox, that will start in July. Please come join us, this can be so much fun!!!
